Swap the Playroom - Toy Rental Agreement

Swap the Playroom is honored to help keep playtime exciting and clutter-free! This agreement ensures a seamless, safe, and fun swap experience for your little ones.

✨ 1. The Logistics

• Payment: We accept cash, check, or your preferred payment card on file.
• Authority: By signing, you're confirming you’re the grown-up in charge and ready to kick off the fun!

🧹 2. Equipment Care & Returns

• Prompt Returns: If items aren't back within 1 day of your return date, we’ll reach out to coordinate a pickup. Please note that unreturned items may result in a replacement fee.  A late fee of $10 per day will be applied to any items not returned by their scheduled time without prior communication.
• The "Squeaky Clean" Rule: All toys are professionally sanitized for your safety. If items return with excessive mud, permanent stains, or debris requiring a deep dive, a $50 Refresh Fee will be applied.
• Bounce House Safety: These are for dry, indoor/outdoor use only. No water play or rain permitted—water damage is the responsibility of the renter.

❤️ 3. Safety & Liability

• Play Safe: While we inspect every toy thoroughly, active play carries natural risks. By signing, you agree to supervise all children and keep the play area safe.

🔄 4. Happiness Guarantee & Cancellations

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order ahead of time, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations will be refunded via a Swap the Playroom Gift Card for the full rental value. 

Satisfaction: If you aren't thrilled with your swap once it arrives, please let us know immediately! If we can’t fix it, return the items within 24 hours for a Swap the Playroom Gift Card for the full rental value.
