Who are we?

We’re Tiffany and Emily—two moms of two boys each, figuring out life one snack cup and adventure at a time. Our husbands have been best friends since high school, which meant we were basically thrown into each other’s lives from the start. And honestly… we didn’t always click. But somewhere between newborn chaos, playdates, and far too many shared Target runs, we became maybe *too close* according to our husbands. Now we see each other 3–7 times a week—and that was before the business was even an idea.

Swap the Playroom started as one of those late-night “hear me out…” thoughts when Tiffany’s second baby was only a few months old. Emily said, “Let’s just go for it,” and we actually did. We launched with five toys and a whole lot of hope. Now we’re sitting at 135+ rentals and constantly growing.

Tiffany’s the one who can’t sit still—she’s either out exploring with her kids or coming up with the next big idea. Emily is a full-time 4th grade teacher who keeps us grounded, organized, and moving forward.

Together, we’re building something we wish existed when we first became moms: a way to keep play fresh, affordable, and fun without drowning in clutter.
